Service Description

This is a 60-75 minute session where I REALLY get to know you! We will review your medical history, recent lab data, in-depth diet history, and physical activity level as well as your general lifestyle, stress levels, and emotional support. I will assess your learning needs, help you develop goals, and begin nutrition education. Virtual appointments available Monday through Thursday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify Miranda via phone or email 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a fee. No-shows will be charged the full fee for their appointment. Please note I do not take insurance at this time. Payment is due in full at the time of booking your appointment.
